Shipping

Prints ship within the United States only. Each one is printed to order, then rolled and shipped unframed in a sturdy tube, within 5 business days of your order.

Shipping is one flat rate per order, set by the largest print in it. Every print is insured. Signed editions need a signature on delivery.

You’ll get an email with tracking when your print ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace a print sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Returns

Because each print is made for you, we can’t take returns or exchanges.

If your print arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery, with a photo of the print and the tube. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. A signed edition is replaced with the same number.

Lost in transit

If your tracking hasn’t moved in 10 days, email [email protected]. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
